In 2019, the GROUP of FIVE & FRIENDS appoints its first male President since its inception – Mr. James Crosty.  Crosty brings a wealth of financial and campaign knowledge to the board and is well known in the New Westminster community.  James currently sits as President of St. Andrews on Northview condominium complex, is a  director on the board of the Arts Council of Surrey, is President of the Surrey Dance Festival and was President of the Quayside Community Board for over a decade.  He also revitalized and held the position of President of the Sapperton Residents Assoc for many years – the location of RCH.
